Rosemary Blight is one of Australia’s most experienced producers, making distinctive film and television such as the box office smash hit The Sapphires, which premiered at Cannes, the international production Felony, directed by Matthew Saville and starring Joel Edgerton, Tom Wilkinson and Jai Courtney, Clubland, starring Academy Award nominee Brenda Blethyn, and the Julien Temple-directed The Eternity Man. Rosemary Executive Produced the Cannes Film Festival selection The Tree, starring Charlotte Gainsbourg, and the BAFTA nominated family series Lockie Leonard. She current sits on the Board of Screen Australia.
Managing Director / Partner
Ben Grant is Managing Director of Goalpost Pictures and is one of Australia’s most experienced film and television practitioners. Screen credits as Executive Producer include Felony, An Accidental Soldier, the box office hit The Sapphires, Clubland and Lockie Leonard. Ben produced the feature film Closed For Winter, starring Natalie Imbruglia, from director James Bogle. Ben is a current Screen Producers Australia Councillor and sits on the Board of Screenrights.

Kylie du Fresne
Kylie du Fresne has produced award winning film and television including The Sapphires, directed by Wayne Blair, and Wayne’s short drama The Djarn Djarns, winner of a Crystal Bear at Berlin in 2005. Her other drama producing credits include the BAFTA-nominated adaption of Tim Winton’s Lockie Leonard, Rachel Ward's telemovie An Accidental Soldier (with Sue Taylor) and the prime time ratings winner Scorched for the Nine Network and ITV International.
Cass O’Connor is a leading corporate advisor, with a focus on the communications, media and entertainment industries. Currently running her own corporate advisory and investment firm, she has advised many of the major media entities (or their financiers) in Australia and has been a Director with Carnegie, Wylie & Company; Executive Director with Goldman Sachs Australia Limited; Director of Turnbull & Partners Limited and equities research analyst with Bain & Company (now Deutsche Bank).
Martha joined Goalpost Pictures after 5 years as Head of Development at Screen Australia. Prior to that she was based in the United Kingdom as the Head of Development at Icon Entertainment International, the Head of Creative Affairs at Material Entertainment and as a consultant producer. In her 12 years as an executive she has been involved in the development, production, financing, domestic distribution and international sales of films in Australia, the US and the UK. Martha produced the multi award winning Australian film Praise and was executive producer on the UK box office hit Run, Fatboy, Run.
Lauren Edwards was Associate Producer on The Sapphires, and Co-Producer on Matthew Saville’s Felony and is considered one of Australia’s most acclaimed young Producers. Her credits include short films that have played at hundreds of festivals around the world, including Bear, directed by Nash Edgerton which was selected for both Cannes Film Festival and Sundance Film Festival and Matthew Moore’s The Amber Amulet which won the Crystal Bear for Best Short film at the Berlin Film Festival.
