Ben Grant is Managing Director of Goalpost Pictures Australia. Ben is one of Australia's most experienced film and television practitioners whose credits span two decades and include both feature films and television programs.

Ben's screen credits include; Executive Producer of Director Wayne Blair's The Sapphires, co-written by Tony Briggs and Keith Thompson based on Tony Briggs' stage play of the same title as well as Executive Producer (for Goalpost Pictures) of Julie Bertucelli's The Tree (Cannes 2010 closing film, starring Charolette Gainsbourg). Ben Produced Director James Bogle's feature film Closed for Winter, starring Natalie Imbruglia and based on Georgia Blain's novel of the same title. Ben also executive produced the feature film Clubland (released as Introducing The Dwights by Warner Independent Pictures in USA), starring Oscar nominee Brenda Blethyn, directed by Cherie Nowlan and written by Keith Thompson. as well as television series two of Lockie Leonard, for the Nine Network and BBC.

Ben began his film career working on the Australian feature films Evil Angels and Sweetie in the late 1980's, spent a number of year at Film Australia as an accountant and was financial controller of theatrical distributor and exhibitor Ronin Films.

Ben's television experience includes over 200 hours of series drama for Network television as both an accountant and a producer. Ben is Executive Producer of Tony Tilse' event telemovie Panic At Rock Island (a horror-thriller starring Grant Bowler) for The Nine Network and NBC Universal and Executive Produced television series two of Lockie Leonard, for the Nine Network and BBC. Ben also produced and co-produced Network Ten's telemovies Small Claims 1,2 & 3. Ben is Executive Producer of Director Wayne Blair's The Sapphires (2012).

Ben is the current Feature Film Councillor and member of the Screen Producers Association of Australia and a past Treasurer and Board Member of the Australian Directors' Guild.
